The OsteoCare Lab is the molecular biology research laboratory of the University Clinic for Orthopedics at the OWL Medical Faculty of Bielefeld University.

After a year-long setup phase, the laboratory is now fully operational, and we have enthusiastically begun our first experimental work.

Projects

Here we present our current projects in the field of orthopaedic research. We would like to jointly advance research in the field of bone and cartilage regeneration, osteoporosis and bone metastasis.

Team

Since August 2024, we have been combining our expertise as the OsteoCare Lab team to jointly carry out projects in the field of cancer and orthopedic research at the medical faculty.
